Nicklaus designed two 18-hole courses with different characters. The South Course leans on elevation change, rolling greens, and a lush landscape. The North Course works desert arroyos and indigenous vegetation into the play. Equity Golf membership is capped at 550, and the club states that tee times are not required for golf members. Practice and instruction sit at the Bill Harmon Performance Center beside the Golf Shop and locker rooms.
Residences range from attached product to estate homesites inside the gates. For the 2025-2026 season, the club publishes Resident Equity Golf initiation at $180,000 with monthly dues of $3,720 (limit 550), and Resident Equity Sports Club and Spa initiation at $120,000 with monthly dues of $1,590 (limit 175). Sports and Spa members use the Club facilities except the golf courses and golf practice areas.
